So. Yesterday, when I got all braggadocious about not having nearly so many migraines this year? ::sigh:: I was awakened at 3 a.m. with a real doozy. And, for extra fun, the combination of biofeedback and vascular voodoo from my intervention meds might mean that I'm Awake For The Day.

Ho-hum. Bored now. At least I got to wander upstairs to kick the still-awake butts of Princess Böredom and La Greca. (Note to fionnabhar and agrnmn: They didn't keep me awake. I doubt I would have heard them at all, if not for the fact that I was shuffling around the house at the time. No need for wrathful action on my behalf there. Also note the verrah clevair use of umlauts.)

Hard to say what triggered this episode. I've mostly been doing what I'm supposed to do to prevent migraines. It's a bit past time for a chiropractic adjustment, and it's been awhile since my last massage. Yesterday was pretty darn hot for walk/run and boffers, but I kept myself well hydrated. Eating yesterday wasn't 100% righteous, but it was far from indulgent. Probably a case of "all of the above," each in its small portion.

Gonna go see if I can meditate myself into some rest now, if not actual sleep, since pain seems to have subsided such that I might be able to put my head down. No way am I going to go scrub the tub at 4:30 a.m., so my brain can just stop that train of thought this very second. Also, no toaster strudel = teh sad.

If they were up until 4:30, I imagine they won't be early risers unless the Littlest Princesses have something to say about it. Why don't you give us a buzz when they're functional, seeing as how we have no idea when that might be. Hehe.

And lo there were pre teens! They awoke an hour ago and now are down and dressed no less. I need to do a few errands, I can leave them behind if you want to pick her up in the next 2 hours or so. Rowan will be fine alone. Or later this afternoon is cool too.

Either would be fine. Might having the two of them there while you're gone provide better babysitting coverage? Feel free to indenture her somehow in exchange for breakfast.
