I feel like one of my ribs is stuck up under my right shoulderblade. It's driving me nuts, and none of the arches or twists I know are working this out. Anybody got recommendations? You know, other than a Dremel? Grawr.

My PT has me stand in a corner with my arms up against the wall to my sides and has me lean in gently. 10 mins. x 3 reps.

Into it. It's thuper-eath-y and doesn't hurt a bit. This was the time she said she didn't think my first rib should be higher than my clavicle. :-)
