It's never a good thing when any of these events happen at the doctor's office:

1. The doctor says, "Wow."
2. You receive a shot in the ass.
3. Your doctor fetches another doctor, insisting, "You've gotta see this."

It's particularly not good when all of these things happen within the very same office visit.

Your spots are very impressive. Fiona tried to explain them to me - or at least explain that you had them... which involved lifting up her dress to elaborate. This was in response to my explaining why I could not join she and her daddy-o this evening "because I have ow-ies on the inside" and just like when she took medicine for a cold I had taken some that made me feel funny. "My mommie drank some medicine and she has spots"
