I love V8. Sure, it's got a lot of sodium -- and the low-sodium variety is icky -- but BANG it's two servings of veggies and the perfect thing to chug at about 4 p.m. because then I don't go home hungry and whatever desire I had to eat some chocolate is gone because EGAD can you imagine eating chocolate with V8 sludge still in one's mouth?

It is! And sometimes, if I close my eyes, I can imagine that I'm really drinking a Bloody Mary. :)
