that is all

Oh, and Seattle has more Starbucks than RI has Dunkin Donuts. I swear. You could stand outside one Starbucks and see at least two others within a block or two. I had to work really hard to buy a coffee anywhere else.

They're going after a key demographic: Alzheimer's patients.

They go in for coffee, and have some with their other Alzheimer's friends. Then they get up, walk out, and see Starbucks across the street.

One turns to the other: "Say, Bob, you know what we should do sometime?"

Bob: "What's that, Joe?"

Joe: "We should go to coffee. Heck, let's do it now. We haven't been to a coffee shop in forever."

And if they're stategically placed, they'll endlessly wander between them, piling up thousands of dollars worth of dirty water on their credit cards.

At least, that's the only reason I can possibly see for having them across the street from each other.

Yes. March 30. Trance. Has the Zeitgeist brought forth any ideas or am I still making something up?

You still have free rein on topic. I can give you something if you like, but there's nothing that's kicking me in the teeth right now saying "Work with me!".

Well, that's a real relief, let me tell you. Let me zap you an email off LJ and we'll set up a time to talk. Like, in person and stuff.
