Ah, an ordinary evening!

This evening, I think I will fold a lot of laundry. And we'll have grilled cheese sandwiches with tomoato soup for dinner. Then, maybe I'll take apart my vacuum cleaner and see if I can figure out why it's making that burny smell. Perhaps I will put on my jammiez the moment I get home? All this, while we watch Dancing wif da Stars.

Evenings like this are a balm to my Cancerian soul. (Jason Isaacs is a bonus.)

If you figure out the burny smell--please share!?!? I've taken mine apart 3 times and it always smells like a burning belt. I've cleaned out the gigantic hairballs/tangles and we've even replaced the belt recently and it's still horrific.

Enjoy the quiet evening...they're few and far between in my world.

I'll have more of a look at it tonight (clean out the gunk and all that). This is one of those bagless vacuums -- so it's a snap to clean, which is what I've been doing for a while -- and it came with a spare filter. I'd wanted to wait until I moved to the new place...silly, really...but it's probably time to just install the new one.

As it turns out, it never produced the burny smell in vacuum action last night. I'd washed the filter thingies last time, so I don't know if that's what made the difference. Sorry. I'll let you know if anything else develops.

I think it might be time for Marissa to go home, though it's hard to say for sure if her fans will be more engaged than the ESPN crowd. Marissa and Jason are probably the ones in danger, but who knows?

I like Marissa. I like that she tries so hard and has quite the personality. What I don't like is how she dances. She's got issues.

I was going to vote for Christian and her (if I had, you know, actually *done* it).

I like Jason but I want to see the fat chick win!!! ;-p
