OMG, I have fallen in love with a word today: embiggen.
It's a silly little word, but it's making me laugh so hard I just might be able to dislodge that bit of chocolate chip cookie that went up my nose when I first came upon it on Wil Wheaton's blog. (might update with the URL, might not -- context wasn't really important)
He was referring to enlarging something, as in "click here to embiggen this image" (which he didn't say, I'm just saying). But -- wow -- the sound that word makes in my head, and the way I can't say it out loud without hand gestures and woobly eyebrows, and all the things I'd like to do with an Embiggen Button...the mind boggles, really.
Exampe: In German, the past tense of this verb (reflexive, of course) could be verbiggendendeden.
No, I haven't had any Smarties today. YET.
