saffronhareThe trouble with trying to align my political action with issues rather than party identification is that I'll sometimes be faced with some pretty contradictory moments in decision-making.
Case in point: Sam Brownback is one of the co-sponsors of the Internet Radio Equality Act.
ETA: Oh, sooper. Brownback is a co-sponsor. So the Senator I had to contact was Pat Roberts. I did it, but damn. Democracy is not simple.
