Still kind of mild-to-moderate crappy, but not a lot worse, and I'm managing to be in motion. Inertia and momentum -- that's the challenge of the day. Good thing the earth will continue to rotate, so the day will end eventually.
Also, my right elbow hurts like a mutha. It's been bugging me for a couple of weeks now and a bruise seems to be surfacing, from Idontknowwhat. It hurts less to poke at it than to run my fingers softly across the skin, which is really weird. The more I straighten the joint, the more uncomfortable it gets. Picking things up with a "mitten grip" action borders on quite painful...to the point of noticeable weakness and maybe not being able to make my body do it...like when you're picking up a cup of coffee around the mug and not with the handle? Really, almost impossible.
This is not good. Thankfully, ordinary things like driving and typing don't seem to be very uncomfortable, if at all. And a goodly amount of functional ambidexterity means I can accomplish many tasks left-handed. I've got a chiro appointment on Wednesday, so maybe I'll ask her to poke at it for me.
