In honor of my FreeWill Horoscope,

I won't protest if you resort to some outrageous showmanship to boost your cause, Cancerian. I won't judge you harshly if you try to walk the fine line between creative storytelling and over-the-top BS. Just make sure that you're always motivated more by fun and idealism than by self-aggrandizement. It's time to use all your tricks and call on all the favors you're owed as you sell your self without selling your soul.


I'm bored today, so it seems like a great time to "walk the fine line between creative storytelling and over-the-top BS." (That is not to say I'm not busy...just that I've got spring fever something fierce and need some rewards to get certain things done today. Hence, rationed LJ distrations.)

So. In honor or a meme I've heard of but can't find to copy: Ask me anything. Ask FOR something, if you prefer. I promise not to play any nasty tricks or even PRETEND to sell my soul. You can do it anonymously or not -- amnesty will be granted between now and Beltaine.

Perhaps. I guess it depends on the sort of question and whether somebody requests a particular kind of response. In the case of somebody ASKING for a BS response, I would think that being an excellent BS artist, while avoiding self-aggrandizement (or course), would be the most prudent course. But then again, "over-the-top" is such very subjective term, you know?

I can't think of anything right now. I'm too busy being extremely silly with my students today. They are finding me very amusing and are patting me on the shoulder a lot as a consequence.
