For some unfathomable reason, I can't access my personal email from the work computer anymore. It lets me log in and everything, then gives me a big blank page. Not even a blue page! Just a blank one that sits there, as if it's showing me something that is perhaps invisible.

Anyway. If you're a friend who already has my work email, it's safe to send things to me here during the day. Otherwise, just please know that I check my home email after things settle down when I get home in the evenings. You know, just before midnight. :)

Or, you know, I could just be ignoring you.

So crazy, it might almost work

1. Have you tried accessing your work email with a different browser?

2. Have you tried highlighting the page, just in case it is in fact somehow giving you white on white? I ask this because due to some oddity of O/Ss or browsers, I sometimes have to highlight the text of an email message because it'll showing as black on black.

This is the machine at work I'm having trouble with, so I don't have any control over the browser and do not have the access to load a different one on there. It's gotta be Explorer, and has been for nearly four years now. It went from no problems for a few years, then this.

I understand the urging toward Firefox, but have some anger toward Thunderbird right now and wish to warn y'all to stand back whenever you speak of it...so as to avoid getting my spit on your shoes.

Dammit. That should be, 'Have you tried accessing your *home* email at work on a different browser?' I plead long, cold day.

Do you ever have to thaw out your brain at the end of the day?

Just curious.

that's why I wear the goofy fishing hat. But it doesn't help when my brain is distracted by the burning pain in my fingers.
