I'd like to get some idea of how many folks will be descending upon the TCP Headquarters for Friday night's Boobs & Booze party. You know, so we can be sure to have enough film and toilet paper and stuff.

So, um, raise your hand or something?

Funny -- folks have been telling agrnmn they're attending, but I haven't gotten a single frickin' email about it. Good thing I didn't try to pull off a surprise or anything. :)

In particular, please let me know if you need to bring a young person with you -- we can stock movies upstairs so they won't be bored and we won't feel awkward about making boob jokes downstairs. While this isn't really going to be a Charlesworth Party (tm), it won't be particularly kid-safe; but OUR kids kind of HAVE to be here, you know? I think we'll spike Princess Sticky's milk...

Nobody really HAS to bring anything, but if you already know what you're bringing, please dash me an email? It wouldn't be tragic if we ended up with 18 bottles of Captain Morgan Private Stock and 23 bags of Tostitos, but maybe I'd buy mandarin oranges and some salsa if I knew ahead of time.

Hey, kittenpants! Would you pretty please bring some slinky Naga Music? I'd like to maybe have some dancing. Maybe. I haven't danced in so long...

I can definitely bring slinky boogie music. What else shall we bring? We can bring a few oranges and some rum for Tequila Mockingbirds... we can bring foody stuff too. What sounds tasty?

Not orange juice, oranges. It's a drink we came up with in college, since imported here. Same theory as a tequila shot (salt, shot, lime) only you use sugar in the raw, rum (pref. Capn M's Private Stock), and orange. Monkey shots use bananas.

Ah. See elsewhere, rum and orange juice is a Cuban Screw. Add Galliano for a Harvey Wallbanger. A (official) Tequila Mockingbird is tequila, lime juice, and creme de menthe. And it's a nasty as it sounds, too.

How about some "bad guys" to balance out the salty/sweet equation? I don't think we'll have any shortage of rum, but I bet we'll need chaser bits. I'm counting on zylch to bring her box o'raw sugar. Did you hear that, zylch?)

I heard. 1 box o' raw sugar, one partial bottle of rum, some oranges (blood if we have them), 1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream (yay spoilage!), etc. There's part of a chocolate raspberry torte in your fridge already. Anything else needed?

I will also be bringing some of my excess alcohol, in the hopes that someone will drink and/or adopt it.
