This compassionate pirate, executive oracle and writer for hire is ready to take on some freelancing work! Why? Because the girls beginning to sleep through the night [more often] gives me a renewed sense that there are possibilities for productivity beyond sleep deprivation. Because I'm aching for a bit more room to breathe creatively but can't really leave my day job yet. But mostly because I'm very, very good at it and wish to take over the world.

I consider myself competent at media writing, grantwriting, direct mail strategy and copywriting as well as editing. I suck at fiction, though I'm a kick-ass proofreader. I adore working with the arts and liberal causes in general, though my ethics are situational and usually not what folks would expect.
