saffronhareThis weekend was the beginning of the end-of-school rush, where events and "oh, by the way" moments in April and May seem to gather speed until the Doppler effect makes me want to set things on fire.
OMGPROM has been navigated successfully, along with the first of the spring/summer campouts for the boys. We've got some birthday celebrations to take care of over the next few weeks, the last bundle of Brownie meetings, vocal and band concerts in May, a garage sale for the Troop, another couple of campouts, and a bazillion other things I'm sure I'm forgetting. Summertime will bring its own challenges, but right now I can't wait until the end of the school year. And I'm not even a student or teacher!
FOr the moment, I'm glad to be at my desk. Where it's safe. Sort of. :)
