It's never a good thing when any of these events happen at the doctor's office:

1. The doctor says, "Wow."
2. You receive a shot in the ass.
3. Your doctor fetches another doctor, insisting, "You've gotta see this."

It's particularly not good when all of these things happen within the very same office visit.

number 3 alone is cause for concern (having done that to a patient or 2 in my time....*evil grin*)
