Just finished an hour-long conference call, during which the Customer went on at length about the importance of using smooth/smooth innerduct tubing for their project, because roughness on the inside of the tube would produce too much friction. (We'd sent her a sample of the smooth-smooth stuff so she could feel it for herself. She said it was great and she wants 100 feet of it now.) There was also some discussion about the merits of lubrication. And then she placed an order for several dozen enormous (wooden) poles.

I might have internal bleeding, from the effort of not laughing out loud. Thank goodness for the "mute" button.
