One of my goals for "101 in 1001" was to take more photos and then share them, which is a bigger challenge for me than one might think. Even bigger is to include photos of myself. Here's one from today, sort of a generic Nik Smiling thing. I realized after taking it that the last Nik Smiling photo here on LJ was taken back in December 2008 or something like that...when I was wearing almost this exact color red with almost this exact haircut. Something to remember. Dig the halo effect from the flourescent lighting. Unexpected!




This one is considerably less refined, since I accidentally took it when I was looking at other pictures, but I kind of like it.

"Handsome" is probably more like it -- a descriptor I like, by the way -- but I am happy with the way I look today and I love this shade of red. Thank you!

I love it so, that deep garnet red. But an orangey red is DEATH.

I like ironing, it won't take much at all in the way of suggestion to get me going. ;-) Just be sure to specify 'no starch' if you would like it to not have sharp edges. ;-)

I have no particulary policy on starch. I'm more likely to specify "no disheveled ironing area out in the living room/dining room/kitchen." If we can consolidate the laundry room storage down to one shelving unit instead of two, there will be space to set up an Ironing Zone of Magnificence for you! I have IDEAS. :)
