It's odd, how knowing I have so much work to do before the retreat on Monday/Tuesday (which is for work, after all), and knowing I will have to be here over the weekend to get things done, makes me so stunningly unproductive on a Friday afternoon.

I get that too; I think it's part of my larger "but I have SO much more time left to spend on that project, why should I rush NOW?" problem, which is one of those subtler procrastinations.
