I am swiftly reaching my daily/weekly quota of Brilliant Ideas (many of them half-baked and not really appropriate for the client or audience or way beyond our capabilities) landing on my desk, which I am charged with manifesting by the end of the day because OMG we have to do this or we'll lose the client and it'll be my fault for not being a Team Player.

On the other hand, as diermuid and others have pointed out, it's better to be overemployed than unemployed.
