finding humor in odd places

Today, when people ask me how I'm doing, I'm telling them I feel a little bit like Bill the Cat.*

It's pretty accurate, but (I think) displays a certain sense of humor about everything. Not feeling great, but okay about feeling not-great, if that makes any sense. :)

Also, it's very fun to see who gets it. Watching their brains click back to pull up the visual, the spark of memory, the burst of laughter. Kinda makin' my day, that is.
