an invitation to rummage
Jan. 7th, 2008 01:00 pmThis coming Saturday, local (that's KC-area) folks are cordially invited to rummage in my garage and garden shed for useful items. I need to "edit" some things out and figured it's worth seeing if anybody wants or can use some of this stuff.
Flowerpots, extra peat moss, spray paint, an old guinea pig cage...that sort of thing. I'm sure not going to have room for all of it, I'd rather not continue to pay for a storage unit once I move, and it's not significant enough to go through the trouble of posting it on freecycle. Just working ahead for a smooth move once the stars line up for an offer on the house. (knock on wood)
This is not a rummage SALE, because it'll be free, but the easing of space has a lot of value for me. Some of what's left will probably end up being trashed; other stuff can be delivered to ReStore or other appropriate re-distrubution places if possible.
If you're local and I know you, then just zap me an email at my LJ redirect and I'll get directions to you.
