This is intended to serve in part as a startling contrast to the existential nature of the most recent post by featherynscale.

Ah, fickle ego! How fragile you are, how vain, how girly. Ugh. It's amazing how the mirror does it -- serving up a luscious, glowingly sexy woman one moment...and a poochy, astoundingly ordinary one the next? (I'll grant you, she's always got fabulous hair.)

No wonder I went decades without really looking in the mirror except to check that I had nothing in my teeth. Living with a preening dragon is finally getting to me. Now, when my body is doing things without my permission.

Stay tuned for a thoughtful essay about Qabbalah...er, Kabbalah...QBL?...maybe QWERTYUIOP. Whatever.
