So, in a tradition inspired first by FlyLady, I observe Anti-Procrastination Day on Wednesdays. It's pretty effective for me.

But today? This is not turning out to be a day in which I manage to accomplish much of what I'd been putting aside myself. Nope. It's turning out to be one of those days where I get to stop, drop, and roll to handle things other people have forgotten. Because, you know, they're all going on vacation in the next day or so.

Feh, I say.

Ewww. Of course, I love to improve processes. It seems to me that perhaps your process needs a bit of evaluation. A re-evaluation, if you will, in order to reduce the pressure of that last stage? Or. Thingy.

Just trying to be helpful I am. I'm just helpful today.

On top of all the work crap. It never ends I tell ya.

Sweetheart, it's the process of a company of more than 100 people here and another couple hundred people nationwide. They LOVE process improvement, too -- we've got, like, eight "re-engineering teams" convened and working away at processes. It's unbelievable.

From what you are telling me, you are at the part where you start to get evaluation team of your re-evaluation that are solely designed to improve processes. Unless it's a not-for-profit or a government organization. In that case, your eight re-engineering teams are required to do that job on top of the other 6 things they are responsible for.

;-p

Something very like that, yes. :)

I hear you honey. I'm just pre-ruffled right now. Thanks for the smiles.
