My company has declared next Wednesday to be "Hawaiian Shirt Day." SRSLY. With a colorful little clip-art, emailed memo. I am informed that grass skirts are optional. Also: fresh fruit and a chocolate fountain in the kitchen.

Monday is "Mexican Shirt Day" (with chips and dip). On Friday, we have a more free-form "summer attire" experience, rounded out by ice cream.

I had a friend that I worked with at Sprint - he was much bigger than I - who came in one day with a grass skirt and coconut bra on (over his clothes, but still). I think he had lost a bet, but I can't remember for sure - but it was right after our manager got back from her wedding/honeymoon in Hawaii.
