saffronhareDad's coming! If his flight hadn't been delayed, he would have been knocking on the door at midnight. As it is, he'll be here sometime tomorrow afternoon and they'll be staying until Tuesday (with the help of a hotel)...because they're househunting on Monday. Eep.
So. Jennifer -- it'll be superfun if you can stop by Sunday afternoon and chat with him about teaching. He's the chair of his ESE (special ed) department in Tampa, having taught special ed in inner-city Providence for a few years. I don't think he's got any illusions about retiring in ease. :)

Mongo kudos to C and R, who's uber-sparkly "good luck" card still has Fiona bouncing with joy. Talk to y'all later.
