Wanna take a guess at the question?

a. cans of Mountain Dew consumed in the last 72 hours
b. wardrobe changes by Princess Boredom and friends last night
c. puncture wounds across my chest from a displeased Tabitha-cat
d. inches of hair donated to Locks of Love today

ETA: The answer to A is only seven (slacker that I am...and yes, I will pay dearly for the indulgence), though I may have hit 14 little rolls of Smarties. The answer to B is five. The answer to C is 12. That leaves D: inches of hair.

When they lopped off my ponytail to just about shoulder-length, the donation came to 14 inches. Then the stylist took out the straight razor and kept on goin'. It really didn't have a lot to do with the hot weather -- I was just All Done With Long Hair and felt ready for a change. When I walked in and told the stylist I was looking for something "mildly barbaric," she smiled. And we both figured it could be a lot of fun. :)

The answer to C is actually 12. Try again? (grin)

I would hope not

b. wardrobe changes by Princess Boredom and friends last night

c. puncture wounds across my chest from a displeased Tabitha-cat
I would think you would learn after three

d. inches of hair donated to Locks of Love today
Wouldn't that make you bald?

So I would have to go with B, and that's my final answer.

na, I think she could lose 14 in of hair without being bald. I'd guess she could lose at least 12 and still have it roughly shoulder-length.

Option a, I think would cause her to explode. Or at least be blining too fast to type.
Option b, I don't think she would even start counting. As elsewhere noted, it could easily approach infinity.
Option c, she's already said is 12.
That leaves d, which I wouldn't put past her. I'd be puzzled that she waited for the cooler weather instead of doing it back in July/August, though.

a. I would hope less than 1. I know I can't tolerate more than that.
b. This could be a number approaching infinity.
c. Hopefully less than 4, though most of those types of things run in pairs
d. 12

I'm somewhat in awe at the thought of A. But I'm going to go with C.
