Zooper-Fun Zaturday

Yesterday evening I was able to complete an enormous chunk of work, the weight of which had me at the office until 7 p.m. or later, setting the alarm as the last one out for eight of the last ten worknights. Whew. I was still the last one out yesterday, but it was at 6:15 p.m. instead, so hooray for that.

Now, there's a spot on my left wrist that hurts from pressure that's put on it when I use the mouse. (I have to use the mouse right-handed at home, so I'm not making it worse now, I don't think).

Princess Boredom has ditched me for more interesting company today, so she doesn't get to meet up with her grandparents at the OP Farmer's Market later this morning. She's sure gonna miss out on some faboo housework today. (As fionnabhar would say, the house looks like it threw up all over itself.) The little ones, kittens-with-thumbs as they are, ought to be enormously helpful in this endeavor.

Later this evening, we'll cruise up north to a belly-dancing open house at JM's new place. Should be spangly-jangly fun -- she's opening a studio of her own! There will be dancing...and some drag costume bits for sale. Who knows? Maybe I could start belly-dancing again. I mean, dancing. With jingly things. And swords! ::eez giddy mit de danzing::*

Before he took my laptop with him for the day, agrnmnm made me promise not to instally any plumbing today.
