agrnmn got home from class. Then, though I kept my ass in bed, I was too bored and lazy to actually get back to sleep for a while. Failed to awaken for my 7:30 a.m. meeting until...um, 7:32 a.m. Traffic, construction, and flashing red stoplights on SMP hampered egress from my neighborhood. Scurried into the building just after the meeting adjourned, only to realize that I wore the wrong pants today.
That's good and bad at the same time. Good, because it means I'm continuing to shed some inches (though I don't own a scale, so pounds aren't tracked as carefully) and I'm shrinking out of them. Bad, because it means I have to walk around with my thumb hooked through the belt loop so they don't slide off my ass. I wore pretty underwear today, but...well. You know.
I have a Nine Fires meeting at lunch today and wish I had time to shower first. Ugh.
She's spending the night with us and then flying out with Princess !Kaboom! tomorrow. This is her first trip to Poppy Camp and we're sort of basket cases about it. We'll see her in about two weeks. Until then, it's down to one child (Princess Sticky). It's gonna be weird, but mostly foragrnmn who gets to figure out some interim daily routines with the little one.
