What do sandwiches and Desmond Tutu have in common? My FreeWill Horoscope for the week, that's what.

Edit -- I like this one much better. From The Pagan Update (tm):

The Solar Key: Because You Want It.

Is that your lower lip I see poking out, there? You're pouting because you can't get no satisfaction. But the pleasure you're demanding is so . . . unusual . . . that it verges on decadence. Okay, so WHAT, if you like it like you like it? Doesn't everybody? Keep on seeking love, and protection for your kinky, dark habit. If it makes you smile, it must be okay. [sun in 5°-6° Pisces]

Health
In this solar degree things happen fast. Your unconscious needs a chance to process what's happening. Be sure you get enough sleep. Doesn't a nap sound nice?

This guy really appreciates how I think.

So, you gonna post this metaphor filled confusante?

Nope. I don't get it at all. It hurts my brain to see it, but I've promised myself I will look at it on Saturday, when I have more grey matter to devote to contemplation.

If you're so wildly curious, go check out Cancer at FreeWill.

I'd post a conversation with one of my patrons, but they're not real big talkers, those three. I'm lucky if I can keep up enough to get a look at their faces instead of their asses...

The right tool

I will note that a bread knife is highly ineffective for stabbing someone's guts, and a fighting knife is a poor choice for sandwich making. Moreover, if I'm sitting down to tea it's poor form to stab the person I'm offering a cucumber sandwich, but if someone is attacking me offering said sandwich is unlikely to do much good.

AAH!
Dripping with metaphors you are. Get away from me, you cucumber sandwich person, before I stab you with this butter knife.

Er.

That was pretty pathetic humor. But you shoulda seen me brandishing the butter knife. I was the scariest bunny EVAR.

Goodness. We're all full of decadence this week, aren't we?

Yes, yes we are.

I think Arianrhod is having some kinda fun with me right now. It's a terrible, terrible burden.

Now. Where's my cabana boy? :)

I'm committed to taking advantage of each and every Cabana Boy who needs me. Applicants need not be boyish. Nor do they need to be tan. Proficiency with fruity mixed drinks and application of body oil are required.

An alternative cultural expression of this sentiment might be, "Somebody get me a slave boy and a strigil."

:)

Hey now...

No need to be greedy -- if you're getting the cabana boys then I have dibs on the slave boys with strigils. We can trade them off later, but you can't have them all at once.

I'll send him around when I'm done with him. He may need some recovery time, though.

You know, if you brought fresh gut sandwiches to the potluck, that'd be pretty much red and white. I'm just sayin'.
