Yesterday afternoon, kittenpants (aka Executive Kitten) and I officially filed with the State of Missouri Secretary of State's office to form Nine Fires Press, LLC.

We gifted helpful people along the way with gift-wrapped bundles of almonds for propserity. Photos were taken and will be uploaded shortly. We've got a P.O. Box, a tax identification number, and a bank account now. Look for the web site and clever marketing very soon.

We've kept it pretty quiet in the planning stages. Nine Fires is starting with pagan greeting cards and general desktop publishing. This summer (knock on wood), we'll begin some web-based publishing. Within a few years, we aim to be publishing actual printed things -- children's books, ritual guides, fiction, etc.
