The first thing that went right for my workout today was that, when I got into the room, there were lots of people there and NONE of them were That Annoying Guy. The second thing that went right is that the TV was off and the radio was on.

Wow, did music ever help me get through those intervals. I'd like to specifically thank the bass line in Maroon 5's "Moves Like Jagger" for getting me through the last, ugliest interval. The last couple of notes were fading out as I switched over to my five-minute cool-down. I was thinking, aw, yeah, I'm pretty awesome for doing that. Then the next song that came on was "Sexy and I Know It," which is an AWFUL song but seems to be the one Aengus plays when he's doing his happy dance. So there ya go. Omens were good and everything.
