Playing with my "to do" list.

I'm really looking forward to spending the bulk of my day tomorrow working on walls. Right now, that means washing many walls with a vinegar solution (to clean off the last of the icky wallpaper paste), repairing the plaster and sanding it down. Then. We. Can. Paint. More.

Hard to say whether having Princess Boredom home -- and La Greca for an overnight visit -- will make this more or less difficult.

I'm also getting a bit more irritated about the Free! Complete Toilet! sitting in the back hallway. I may enlist the ever-competent zylch to help me switch the old downstairs toilet out. But that may have to wait for next weekend, what with ramped-up work schedules and the glorious demands of accessible opera. ::le sigh::

I thank the gods every day that this kind of conflict constitutes the drama in my life. Excitement = good. Drama = bad.

I actually hadn't given pick-up time any thought at all. Most of the time, having a buddy over makes Princess Boredom and the other two easier to deal with. I'd say anytime between noon and 4 p.m. would be fine, as long as you understand I may not have remembered to feed La Greca lunch before you come get her if it's closer to noon.
