frustration

diermuid...um, observed that perhaps a few days of taking it easy and keeping up the anti-inflammatories could do some good. I was all, what do you mean, take it easy? Oh, you know, he said. Maybe not trimming the hedges.
Well, I did that last night, so we're good for now. If I take this week off TKD class, thendiermuid will get ahead of me! Can't have that. Ha.
Working from home today, mostly, and it's about all I can do not to chew my arm off. Everything is harder -- folding laundry, doing dishes, even getting dressed. Bleh. Hoping to get in to see the chiro sometime soon.
