I write like
William Gibson

I have to admit, I had to look up who this author is. Much cooler than I could aspire to be, but I'm kinda flattered by the comparison anyway. :)

I really like Gibson. You should check out his early stuff. It's accessible, good, short, and holds up incredibly well, even twenty years later. Count Zero, Burning Chrome, and Mona Lisa Overdrive are The Big Three.

Give his later stuff (Virtual Light, Idoru) a miss.

You should be able to find them at a public library or, worst case, a used bookstore for cheeeeeep.

Thank you -- I've been looking for some new stuff to read!
