From the Management
After several weeks of being pretty on the ball about tending to the business of life, I managed to sabotage myself pretty thoroughly over the last 10 days or so. Crappy nutrition, not nearly enough sleep and sloppy stress management have taken their toll on my energy level and productivity.
I'm going to take some advice from St. Francis of Assisi (and here is where I paraphrase my favorite contrary nature freak Catholic hermit dude):
Begin with what is necessary.
Then move on to what is possible.
After that, the miraculous begins to happen on its own.
Necessary = eating food that respects my health + resting + loving my family/clan/friends + doing at least one thing every day that indulges me (for now, that's diving into a show with
breathofgold, which I've wanted to do for years) + staying employed + fulfilling worship moments + ask for help on something at least once each day or accept help at least once each day
Possible = preventing the house from being condemned + welcoming my mother and sending Rowan off in a great way for Poppy Camp + take on meaningful step each week toward accomplishing a long-term goal
Please note that these variables appear in no particular order. No doubt, focusing on the necessary will gradually improve my energy and attitude to the point where I can expand my perception of "Possible."

I did pretty much the same thing... just pulling otu of it now myself.
So chin up, it's not just you, it's the universe. 8-)
You know, it's really hard to be a skeptic of the metaphysical when you can watch a group of people's mood swings while the astrology groups are warning about such things.

But I did some astrological checking, indeed, there is much more to us than our simple sun-sign. So I'm becoming one of those 'elitists' which see sun-sign horrorscopes as 'fluffy bunny'.
Of course one can not be an elitist of something they only dabble in, can they? ::grin::
Yea!
