archway mentioned how awesome water resistance can be for building strength. So, when I had the chance, I decided to try "deep water conditioning." And OMG. What a workout! I'm wrung out and very happy with the effort. Going to stick with that...Thank you!

She had us in the deep water with flotation belts, so it was hard work just maintaining some sort of stability in the water! She hustled us through a number of different moves, with intervals/intensity work, for an hour. I was all wobbly getting out of the water. It was awesome. :)
