While home for a sick day yesterday, princessboredom achieved a developmental milestone of sorts: She watched Young Frankenstein.

I swear, I could SEE a zillion half-understood jokes, recalled across a lifetime, fall into place in her brain.

She'd already seen the dance number, way back when K loaned her that cane for Homecoming and needed some context for the joke.

But the whole rest of the movie? Revelation!

I had to inform her it'd be super-weird of her to dress up as Inga for Halloween, especially if we followed through with her Clever Plan of dressing me up as Frau Blucher.
