Weekend of Woo-Hoo

saffronhareFriday night, I got to go to the drive-in for the first time in, like, 20 years. No kidding. It was super-cool. And by "super-cool," I mean about 40 degrees and windy. Still, I had Iron Man to keep me warm...and friends, who (while short on rocket launchers) brought extra blankets. YAY.
Saturday brought garage sale success: Some new-to-me articles of work-appropriate clothing for spring/summer, a rice cooker, and a computer desk for![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
princessboredom -- all for less than $40.
Later that day, Wild Hare Grove Beltane was good work, I think. Our initial omens were iffy, but group trouble-shooting went well and resulted in an Excellent Omen. So, while it's unnerving to have it not be Super Right Away, it's also kind of rewarding to really *feel* the back-and-forth happening, you know? (Note to self: You have some promises to keep today. SRSLY.)
Sunday featured Princess Pixie's spring music program -- always filled with laughter and proud parent moments. And then a mostly successful walk around the neighborhood with the Dingo, using her OMG Gentle Leader (!) leash, which she hates with a seething passion. Heh.
