saffronhareJust got a call from the Realtor, and things are pickin' up. I don't know if it was just finally hitting the "right" price point, the shift in seasons, or what...but I'm not gonna question it.
A showing today, 3:30 - 4:30 p.m.
A showing tomorrow, 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Another showing tomorrow, 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Another showing to be scheduled by a person who wants to see the house a second time. They're interested enough to be asking a couple of questions about the disclosure statement and bringing somebody in to provide a bit on fixing the foundation.
