Sweet glittery Brigid, this jewelry is beautiful! It would totally be worth improving my wardrobe to wear these.

UPDATE: More inspiration from other people (in this case,
apocalypticbob). Adding this here, because it seems like the place for it.
Things making Nikki happy today (mostly very simple pleasures):
1. Little girls who do such an excellent job getting themselves ready for the day. Anymore, my role is to check on their progress, mildly redirect, and give praise and hugs and kisses. YAY.
2. My laundry detergent, which smells really pretty. I usually go with unscented...this is a nice switch for now.
3. Sunshine and a bright blue sky through my skylight.
4. Pretties to admire (see link pasted in, above).
5. "Cawfee tawk" with mom in the morning. The topics get a bit redundant, but I'm grateful she's doing well enough now to reclaim some of her former self, annoyances and all. :)
6. A teenager who (thus far) seems to be applying her intelligence and imagination in ways that don't make me feel ill or keep me awake with worry. The ulcers will come, I'm sure, but I'll be grateful for what I've got now.
7. Eggs for breakfast. SRSLY.
