So it's early. I just couldn't wait, because this is totally loaded with in-yendo even without me trying: I need to get some help sliding my tension balls into place.

(See, I need to put those way-up earrings back in. For four whole years, since the original bargain with Bast, I'd left them alone, but finally removed them when Kira Deara wanted me to go down the water slide with her but anything metallic was prohibited. Now I can't get them back on! I mean, I can slide the hoops onto my ears, but NO JOY getting the little ball things into place. And then I learned they were called tension balls. TOO FUNNY.)

Bast got her blood sacrifice four years ago, so that work is pretty much complete. But Manannan is about to laugh himself into an aneurysm over the problem of tension balls.

Your local piercing artist would be happy to help, I'm sure. Or you can use a fine pair of pliers (like jewelery making ones) to spread 'em far enough to get the balls in.
