It's The Downward Spiral. At least, that track is on the CD, so I think that's the one. It starts with Mr. Self Destruct.

I didn't expect you to know, nor to actually have any extra CDs of his lying around. It was a shot in the dark....

Hossam Ramzy is an Egyptian percussionist. I listen to lots of his stuff to pick up variations on Mid Eastern rhythms and percussion ensemble arrangements.
