While watching BSG over the last several months (many thanks to capriciouslass for the brain-washing loan of DVDs), I've been shocked and horrified -- in a "this is really great drama" kind of way -- by the stuff they present.*

I think it says something about me that the most upsetting moments, ultimately, are the ones where Apollo is fat. It just flat breaks my heart. For the sake of all that is good and merciful, I pray they bring that bod back. (sigh)

Don't worry. It is distracting Natalie and I, too. It *is* shallow. But I just can't help it! Maybe if I'd been able to follow the character path with him... I'd understand it enough to deal... but all of a sudden - BLAM - he's fat AND annoying and stupid. It's a bit too much. :( If he had started out that way, I'm sure it would bother me, either. It's the sudden shift.

But hawt Apollo will be returning.
