In the old forms, wasn't the prefix "nic" used to mean daughter of? It came to me on this morning's drive that my nickname, combined with my maiden name, is Nic Beaton...meaning, possibly, daughter of Beaton. Which is pretty darn funny.
Or not. :)
Note to self: Still need to find a Scottish or Celtic kind of userpic to use. But this one really works fine for now.
