This weekend's mileage was 26 (that's 15 on Saturday and 11 on Sunday). If you're the sponsor of a body part for the 3-Day, here's some information that might matter to you ( or not. )
Today is a rest day, which I'm taking Rly Verrah Seriously. This week's mileage tapers off a teensy bit, followed by a few weeks of build-up, and then a couple of weeks of tapering off. Eight weeks to go!
