What level is the feat of Manifest Helpful Gentleman?

This encounter amused both me and zylch over our lunch adventures today, and seemed worthy of sharing.

In an effort to attain non-dilettante status in yet another magical system -- and in preparation for the Autumnal Equinox ritual on Sunday -- I decided last night to get a copy of The Middle Pillar by Israel Regardie. So, when zylch was looking to kill some time (and hardly any people) over her lunch break, we took our commerce to Border's.
