4 -- You'll include this explanation.
5 -- You'll ask other people five questions when they want to be interviewed.
Questions posed by the ever-inciteful-insightful
fionnabhar.
1. What is the kindest thing you have done for any person this month?
Christ on a bike, woman. I don't know. I'm not trying to avoid answering...I just truly have no idea. You've got me thinking, though.
2. Princess !Kaboom once informed me that Princess Sticky's middle name was Coatl. What is it really?
Marie. If you're curious, Princess !Kaboom's middle name is Colette; Boredom's is Theresa.
3. If you did not have to consider
agrnmn's tastes or opinions, what would your bedroom look like after you redecorated?
Much less ornate, except for having a bazillion pillows and very drapey drapes. I dig the colors and the fabrics that he's likely to go with for the "barbarian overlord" theme. I might choose a hard-surface floor with nifty area rugs instead of a fully carpeted experience. The big divergence in our tastes is that I prefer very simple lines in furniture, without a lot of bulk. So, where I might go for a platform bed, he's more likely to want a four-poster with lots of carving and...er, stuff.
4. If the cherry pie ran out, what would be your second choice?
Apple-cranberry (which is the only pie I've ever made) or strawberry-rhubarb, depending on what's in season. After that, just about any fruit pie would be great. Can't stand pecan or key lime.
5. Sammy Hagar or David Lee Roth?
Um. Neither, really, though Sammy might win by a hair (ha). Can I have Eddie Van Halen instead? He smiles more.

Date: 2005-09-27 05:09 pm (UTC)Here goes.
Date: 2005-09-27 05:23 pm (UTC)1. Assume you've got a holodeck or something similarly insulated from Reality. If you could hook up two people -- one from your past and one from your present -- just to see what would happen, who would they be?
2. Under what circumstances could you be persuaded to move to Canada? (This question brought to you by the Dwarven Separatist Movement.)
3. Will you please make me some more white trash teacakes? Very, very soon?
4. If you had unlimited resources for traveling, which places (or times) would be highest on your list? No, you can't stay there.
5. If you could costume the local crew for the next DragonCon, as what characters would you dress us? Pick as many genres as you need for maximum amusement of yourself. I hear there are multiple days and themes, but I'm asking specifically about parade day. Assume unlimited support from your Corps of Engineers.

Date: 2005-09-27 05:29 pm (UTC)1. You've spoken of "dangerous resonances" being a signifant reason why you and I shouldn't be a pair. Which ones do you mean? (I ask this in agreement with the theory, just some curiosity over how you'd identify the resonances.)
2. If your life would allow you to cross-dress more frequently, would you do it for your own pleasure -- or do you enjoy it primarily for its effect on others?
3. Could you pretty please make it a personal mission to make sure I get to go see Curse of the Were-Rabbit with my huband on the big screen? I'd like to delegate that particular application of will to somebody else, if possible.
4. Act for a moment as if you believed you had a patron (not necessarily your one and only, for all time). Who would it be?
5. What's one self-indulgent thing that you're certain would make you a better person, if only people would let you indulge in said thing more often?

3. What can a host/hostess do to help you feel comfortable in their house? What makes you feel instantly uncomfortable?
4. Under what circumstances are you happy to show off your cleavage in public? (Please note that I'm not talking about actual toplessness.)
5. Since you refer to my kids as your "practice" grandchildren, I'll make an assumption that you hope your daughters grow up to have children some day. Do you have a vision of the sort of person you hope they'll each find? Describe.
