If you're looking for something scarily big, though, go outside of an evening and see if you can find some mosquitos. You're looking for the ones that are big enough that you can see their tiger strips with the naked eye. Don't let them bite you, though -- the bites turn purple after a day or two, and they itch badly enough to wake you up in tears. And on the off-chance you have some time to get over to White Rock Lake, there's a lovely walk along the dam at the south end. Good times, good times.
