A brand new day.

Last night, I slept really well, for the first time this week. No coughing for an hour until I could settle in, no waking up at precisely six hours after taking my cough suppressant. Yay. Of course, I ended up kicking agrnmn out of bed at one point, when the sound of his snoring was enough to penetrate my NyQuil haze. I mean, damn. We don't call him a dragon for nothing.

He did make sure the girls were eating breakfast before he left for work, so that's good. They're quietly watching cartoons now. He also reminded me of the harassment in store if I do too much around the house today. Hard to say whether we'll be there for Physical Phun this afternoon -- the fresh air would certainly do me good, if the rest of the day goes smoothly.

With all the conflict and complications in everyone else's lives right now, I've got it pretty easy.

Is okay. I actually hate it when people ask how I am, at least I do when I'm sick. You know, because then I have to wonder whether I tell them I feel 20% less crappy or whatever.

Five minutes at a time, I've gotten through my morning routine and feel exhausted now. Gonna sit down for a cup of tea and catch my breath, do some of the yoga I've learned for breath rehab. (That's what most of my yoga practice is -- not so much for strength and flexibility, though it's mixed in.)

Princess Boredom may or may not be ready for you when you get here. They've been playing so quietly that I'm loathe to harass her into getting dressed or packed. I figure La Greca's presence will be spur enough, I seem to recall that there's a bit of time to spare in your schedule. See you soon!
