I still can't get Spiro to jump over that stupid canyon in the opening sequence of what I've learned is, like, a preschool-level PlayStation game, but I have made some progress in my proficiency with computer games and the like.

Frexampul, I am the household's Grand Dame of Wii Yoga.

But I digress. What I'm talking about here is Majongg. Specifically, the Zebra Mahjongg on Facebook. I happen to love games that are about Matching All the Things. This one is just the ticket. Each round is limited to 300 seconds (plus a bit more, if one earns bonuses for the number of matches made), so it doesn't take a lot of time. PLUS. If I'm having a good round, it's immediately satisfying; if I'm *not* having a good round, well, it's over in 300 seconds.

I'm consistently scoring around 2,500. Once, I managed to clear the whole board, which scored me something like 2,600. Once, the game ended because I'd run out of match-able pairs with a score of something like 2,400. But I see on the "high score" board that some folks score 4,000 and above. How the fuck to they do that?

For now, I'm going to focus on my clicking speed and see what happens. (I'd been using the trackpad and clickers on my laptop, but [livejournal.com profile] diermuid says I'd be faster with a mouse. Except I'm *clumsy* with a mouse.)

How's that for meaningless?
